To make a booking enquiry, please fill in the form below and provide the following information:

(1) your requested check-in and check-out dates;

(2) the number of people in the booking; and

(3) the apartment(s) you would like to book.

What happens next?

Within 2 calendar days of receiving your booking enquiry, we will confirm by email whether there is availability for your requested dates.

Completing your booking

After we have confirmed the availability of your booking, we will also email you regarding the deposit amount and method of payment.

We require a deposit of 25% of the total booking fee to complete your booking.

You will have 7 calendar days to transfer the deposit. Thereafter, we will not be able to reserve your dates for you.

Upon receiving your deposit, your booking will be completed and we will notify you by email as such.

Please pay the balance of the booking fee before your arrival. If full payment has not been made by your arrival, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by guests are only effective by email, and are effective from the date the cancellation email is received. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellation is free up to 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel before this time, we will send you a full refund of your deposit.

  • If you cancel:

    • between 2-4 weeks before you arrival date, we will retain 50% of the deposit,

    • within 2 weeks of your arrival date, we will retain 100% of the deposit.
